Origin of the 8th APS

Sgt. Wingnut, Ole Fugly) says, "Steaks are on and the Beer is warm but wet and after a hard day it's time to let the BS get knee deep." Stop in and kill some time after a hard dusty day of riding in the prop wash.

Have you set your time zone in the user control panel? not sure that will fix but give it a try

Hi, Chris! Yeah...I went and set the time zone (it was pre-set as Venezuela, of all places), but then I made another posting. The funny thing is that I checked the actual time, and then the time it says it was sent, and the difference was 37 minutes, lol. I wondered if Venezuela might have been one of those places where the time zone is weird, like where we used to stop for the night up in Newfoundland, where the time difference from Central Time is actually 2 1/2 hours! (Pretty weird!). Still wouldn't account for the other 7 minutes, though. Turns out that Venezuelan Time actually IS one of those oddball "half hour" places...an hour and a half later there than here in Minnesota! That wasn't the problem, though. Something else is off somewhere because there's still that 37 minute thing, and NOWHERE has an extra 7 minute difference, lol.

It really doesn't make any difference, Chris. I just get curious about odd things like that, so I'm guessing it's something like the server needing to be re- synched, or something like that. It just happened to catch my eye a week or so ago, and I thought it was kind of funny. Definitely NOT worth wasting your time on! Kinda makes us unique, lol.

Has there been any more information?
I re-read this every few months looking for more information.

Thanks,

No...not a peep, Ron. Kind of eerie, isn't it...?!
